- If you cancel your electricity services with Pulse, you will be charged our Standard Broadband Rates
- $160 Credit offer: If you leave within the first 12 months, the $160 credit may be added to your final bill.
- If you terminate between 13 and 24 months, the value of 2 months of free broadband will be added to your final bill.
- If you request a Pulse Energy modem and leave within 24 months, a $170 modem fee will apply.
